many years boaters traveling Cordero Passage (between the salmon fishing
hot-spots near Stuart Island and Johnstone Strait) have detoured
to this floating inn for a comfortable room, a hearty meal and

a scenic 30 minute float plane flight from Campbell River on Vancouver Island.
Cordero Lodge is the perfect base camp for the wilderness adventurer,
where adventure is defined by the individual. A day in the sun
will qualify for some, while others prefer bird-watching and wildlife viewing or the challenge of catching that once-in-a-lifetime trophy
fish. The location of the lodge allows you to sportfish for Chinook,
Coho, chum, pink, sockeye and Tyee salmon - and plentiful bottom
fish include cod, snapper and halibut. The location of the lodge
allows you to choose to "fish with the crowd" or discover
your very own fishing hole right on our doorstep!

the barnacle covered rocks looking for his lunch, witness a pod

to a nearby river or remote lake to fish for cutthroat trout.
